Outlook Identity Logon pops up

My outlook express 6 identity logon screen randomly pops up while I am on
other programs. I am not on outlook at the time and do not want to log on
it. This causes problems when playing a game or such. I do i get it to stop
doing this?

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
