I am having problems with my Outlook not shutting down. The icon remains in
the system tray and when I double click on that icon it tells me that OE is
not responding!!! REALLY. If I try to restart Outlook it does not launch as
there is 2 processes of OUTLOOK.exe running. When I cancel the crashed
Outlook.exe the program starts up and runs fine.

Anyone come accross this?

I too am having problems with Outlook 2003 SP1 not shutting down. The icon
remains in the systems. I press CTRL+ALT+DLT and manually end the process
OUTLOOK.exe.
