outlook: how to change delivery location to a different .pst?

I have two different .pst files in a folder, and one is the "mail delivery
location" for Outlook 2003.

How do I change the delivery location to the other .pst file? None of the
buttons on the "Outlook Data Files" screen (which pops up after clicking
"Data File Management" in the File menu) seem to allow me to do that.

Once I accomplish that, will the Address Book default to the contacts in the
new .pst file? If not, how do I get that to happen.

Essentially, I'm trying to get Outlook to get ALL information from the new
..pst instead of the old one.

File > Data File Management most certainly allows you to set a PST file as
the default. You will still need to enable the Contacts Folder as an email
address book in its properties.

Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing e-mail accounts>Next. Change
the "Deliver new e-mail to the following location" drop-down.
