outlook hangs up/ not loading

Outlook 2007 has began to hang up when loading. The main window opens blank
and a sign loading appears. To close it, I have to used task manager which
gives me a message unresponsive programme. I've tried to unistall, reistall,
etc, with no success. Any suggestions?

Try pressing Alt+Tab to see if there is a dialog box hidden and stuck
underneath the Outlook window.
