Outlook Freezes

I have XP Pro build 5.1.2600 SP3
Outlook 2002 10.6838.6854

We have four Outlook email accounts on our PC and only mine (I'm the
administrator) has these problems. They are:

I can open Outlook and download messages from my ISP. I can open and close
mail but as soon as I try and reply Outlook locks up and the reply email does
not open up. The task manager shows that Outlook is 'running' but shows that
CPU usgae is 100%.

Any ideas please?

....another thought! I've tried the 'detect and repair' thing in 'help' and
it didn't!

...oh yeh and it's a POP3. Can anyone help? Have I given all the info needed?
