Outlook free/busy

outlook calendar shows title of meeting instead of free
or busy status. Some users can see the title of the
meeting but some users can see it as free or busy. need
to show appointment as free or busy versus showing the
title of the appointment. Help!

Under the calendar button in Tools->Options->Calendar, ensure you do not
have the box checked to show calendar details in the grid.
