Outlook formatting toolbar

If you really want someone to help you, you will have to post more details
about your problem, starting with your Outlook version, if you are using Word
as the message editor, whether this is a trial version that has expired, if
it ever worked, and what you did just prior to it not working anymore.

Otherwise, any answer you get would just be a WAG.

The crystal ball says you're composing in Plain Text format and the
formatting tools are inoperative for Plain Text.
