Outlook Fonts

Tools, Options, Mail Format, Fonts button. Change it there and choose Always
use my Fonts.

Hi Mary,

I am using Outlook 2007, but do not see the "Always use my Fonts" option. Do
you know if this is available in 2007? I have a problem with users receiving
messages in a smaller font than it was sent (not related to zoom). This may
be a fix, if I can find the option.
