Outlook folders

I have a client that is logging onto her network via terminal services.
She has both her user ID as well as the administrator ID (Don't ask why).

Anyways, when she logs onto TS as herself and goes into Outlook she
cannot access the public folders that have been setup. When she logs in as
administrator, she obviously has no problems. No one else seems to have this
problem.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Anil

Have you checked the permissions on these folders?
What kind of error message does she get? File not found? or Access
denied? Or something else?

I would download FileMon and RegMon from
http://www.sysinternals.com/. Run them as administrator (when no user
is connected), start a TS session with the problematic user account
and start Outlook.

FileMon and RegMon will show you all errors that occur, which should
show you the nature of the problem.
