Outlook folders list navigation pane

I get company email online thru Web Access and my company's exchange server.
The Folders List or Navigation Pane somehow is gone. The last folder I used
fortunately is the Inbox so I do get my mail. The Folders List is the pane
left of the folder that is open, pane.
Where did it go?
How do I get it back?
Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2
IE 7.0

Version of Exchange? Do you have a bar on the left that is collapsed? What
url are you using to load the mailbox?
