Outlook Express

Help! There is an email in my Inbox that I think is hanging up Outlook
Express. As soon as I get to it, OE stops all processes and gets stuck. I
can't open, delete or do anything else in OE. I've tried uninstalling and
reinstalling OE but no luck! This started happening afer I downloaded Windows
XP SP2.
