I have been trying to create a second email address, set
up my wife with her own, and I am continually being asked
for a password for my existing account. I have no idea
what it is, I'm never asked for it using my own acct and
my usual choices aren't working, and cannot find out how
to get that information from Microsoft. For the largest
software company in the world there lack of free on-line
support is amazing!
