Hello,

Considering that you are using Outlook Express 6.0. it has been noticed
that Antivirus may be one of the reasons for this. Check if you have
installed Antivirus (Norton etc.) Try uninstalling the antivirus and see if
it helps. Installing antivirus again should solve the issue.
