Outlook Express

I don't know if I have the right contact or not but I
would appreciate any help

I am not able to open any attachments on my e-mails
through Outlook Express. A note states that OP blocked
the unsafe attachment. I know the senders of these
attachments.
One in particular is from the minister of our church. He
e-mailed Board minutes to my husband. These minutes were
on an attachment. I know that the attachment was safe.

How do I enable myself to open and attachments?
Thank you,
Nancy

Nancy,

If you are sure that the attachment is safe to download or open, use the following method:

Turn off the Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus option:

Start Outlook Express.
On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Security tab, click to clear the Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus check box under Virus Protection, and then click OK.
