Lately when I try to send a web page by going to file, then send my email, I
receive an operation failed message. Your help would be much appreciated.

Outlook and Outlook EXPRESS are unrelated products.
Outlook is a component available separately or in an Office suite.
Outlook Express came bundled with Internet Explorer (before version 7).

This newsgroup discusses Outlook. For questions regarding Outlook
EXPRESS, post in a newsgroup that discusses Outlook EXPRESS. Because
you are using Microsoft's webnews interface to Usenet, OE might be
listed under IE.
