Outlook Express

I can recieve, but I can't send email from Outlook
Express. Any ideas? The following is the error message I
get...

Turn off the e-mail scanning in your anti-virus.

If you have Norton Anti-Spam, that can also be the cause of the
error.

Try disconnecting(turn off) and then reconnecting your
modem/router first and see if it works. Of course try
this before follow Bruce's suggestions.

Disable any AV mail scanners you may have set.
