When I hit send and receive Outlook express will not download messages. I
have narrowed the problem to OE itself, as I have two different email
servers. I am able to send out but when it goes to receive, I get the
following message: An unknown error has occurred. Account:
'mail.rallytimetrailers.com', Server: 'mail.rallytimetrailers.com', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C0133
I did a maintenance, turned off email scanning, and checked to make sure
there was no email on the mail server that would freeze the download. I did
get a message about a raid, yet I have only one hard drive and am not running
raid. Anyone have any ideas what it can be?
