Outlook Express Times Out!

Hi All,
Please help. I'm just trying to send simple e-mails from Outlook and it
keeps timing out on me. My ISP says that all settings are fine on their end.
The message I get is below:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject 'LSU Fans', Account: 'mail.inetsouth.com', Server:
'mail.inetsouth.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '421 4.4.2
mail.inetsouth.com Error: timeout exceeded', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 421, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

I'm running Windows 2002 XP with service pak 3.
Any updates for this program and any suggestions?

Please clarify your version of Outlook; in the subject line you say
"Outlook Express", in the message body "Outlook". These are two
completely different programs. For Outlook Express problems post at
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
