Outlook Express SpellCheck Error

WHen I hit the spellcheck button, the message "an error
ocurred while spelling was checked" and then it doesn't
check it. Anyone know of a fix for this? I know its out
there as I downloaded it before for another computer that
had the same problem and I cannot remember where I found
it. Any assistance as always is appreciated.
