Outlook Express - pictures

Guest

Hi,

I'm unable to see e-mails with pictures that my mom sends in Outlook
Express. She too is using Outlook Express. The place where the picture
should be has a red x and a black outline.

I've changed the Options under Security and I've unchecked "Do not allow
attachments..." under Virus Protection and I've also unchecked "Block images
and other..." under Download Images. The only box checked off is under Virus
Protection, "Warn me..." I do have restricted sites zones selected. I'm
going to change that and see what happens. But any suggestions would be
appreciated.

thanks,

Angela
