Outlook express...password no longer working

Hi, I never wrote to a group...couldn't find one for Express. I use
identities.never a problem. All of a sudden, when I type in my password, it
says I typed in the wrong one. (tried many times on many days). The strange
part is that this PW still works when I enter it for web mail through my
server. They do not know why and can not help. I entered a new identity and
PW, which did indeed get me in.....the problem is that none of my "old"
emails are there, presumably because I am a new identity?? How can I change
the PW on my original identity? Or....what can I do? I need my old
emails...PLEASE help me....sick of trying to fix this problem!! Thanks SO
much!!!

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

You can also find some good Outlook Express information here:

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without

If all else fails, you can always import the messages from the "broken"
identity into the new identity you created.
