This usually means there's a problem on the mail server which is an ISP
issue and all you can do is wait it out. You might want to contact your ISP
and find out if they are having problems. If they are not, you should talk
to their tech support and see if they can help resolve the issue as problems
such as you describe usually revolve around your configuration.

One thing you can try, if this is a relatively recent issue, you try using
System Restore to take you back to a time prior to when this began.
Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore. One other
possibility, if your ISP places a limit on the size of a message that can be
sent, be sure that none of the messages in your Outbox are larger than that
limit. Beyond that, you would need to contact your ISP as mentioned above.

"inbox" is "sending" - I have trouble understanding that.

If your OE is repeatedly sending emails, you could have a virus!

If your inbox is repeatedly getting the same emails, it could be an ISP
problem as another responder stated, or you could be "leaving the email
on the server". - RM
