Outlook Express not capitalizing

When composing a letter on Outlook Express, it doesn't automatically
capitalize the first word or words that requires to be capitalized like
regular outlook. How do you set this up in Express?

So, it's only on regular outlook that has that feature? I'm getting rid of
Express then...
