outlook express error

My email is locking up. Its stating that my seccond mesage could not be
retrieved and that the server has unecpectedly terminated the connection. I
have tried everything, it has happen many times but been able to fix it till
now. I have freed disc space, turned off firewall, updated windows, ran my
nortons antivirus and removed programs for more free space. error no.
0800CCC0F. Any help would be great! Thank you
 
This is a Outlook Express issue. You will need to repost it to the OutlookExpress newsgroup.

Meanwhile disable your Norton AV email incoming and outgoing scanner. Test
