I'm having problems with outlook express trying to send an email from a
contact website, I can send and receive from my email account on my computer
but when I go to a website and try to send an email to a contact I get an
error window saying: "Can not preform this operation because the default mail
client is not properly installed" I have no idea what happened, do I need to
reinstall the Outlook Express or do I need to change to Outlook, thanks

Open IE and click Tools>Internet Options. Select the Programs tab. Make
sure the "E-mail" drop-down contains your preferred mail program.
