Outlook Express - Converting .eml attachment to vCards

I recently left my job and sent myself an email with all my contacts in
vCards. Unfortunately, they all came over in an .eml format and I can't
figure out how to convert/save so I can load them in my Outlook Express
contact list.

Any ideas?

Sure! The best idea would be to ask in a group with OE in the title
and noticing this group does NOT have that in the title.

Ask elsewhere.
