OUTLOOK EXPRESS ADDRESS BOOK TRANSFER

Bought new computer.
Want to export OUTLOOK EXPRESS ADDRESS BOOK from old
machine to new machine.
Fsrom old maching I "exported" address book to "Microsoft
Exchange".
How do I import to new machine?

I've always exported my address book into a csv file and then imported the
file from import other address book. Hope that helps.

Tried it many times and never seen it work, yet. tomsterdam's web site has a
prog on it he wrote to fix this problem.

everytime....
