Outlook express 6

I'm having so much trouble with this it isn't funny. I
can't send email. It either say's my isp have
disconnected me. Or the recipient was rejected and it
can't send my email. I use aol as my isp. But I have
other email address that I use for my pop email. Cause
I'm not a big fan of aol's email. Anyway. I have all my
stuff set up right. I've double checked, triple checked
and everything else. Also. It'll work when I first get
on the net, but if I've been on for a little while and try
to send something it messes up. I have to restart my
computer. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What are the exact error messages?
Turn off email scanning in your anti-virus. It provides no added protection
at all.
