Outlook Express 6 & Office Outlook 2003 - Transferring data betwee

Hi any help with this would be greatly appreciated ive tried for many hours
but cant seem to work this out

1. I need to export my mail rules from Outlook Express 6 to Office Outlook
2003 and cant figure out how.

2. How do i import the CSV file into outlook express 2003 that outlook
express 6 exports it as (addresses)?

1) You can't; rules are completely different in Outlook

2) Don't use a CSV but use File-> Import and Export-> Internet Mail and
Addresses and select to import addresses alone.
