Outlook Express 6 does not open

Error message says: "...The application was unable to
open the Ootlook Expres message store....Contact
Microsoft support for further assistance (0x8007000E, 5)."
When I OK it new message says: "Outlook Express could not
be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized.
Outlook Express may not be installed properly."
This happened while I was chasing virus my Norton found
but could neither quarantine it nor delete, so finaly I
found the file and deleted it manually. Funny however,
from the other Identity on the same machine Outlook
Express works fine. I was also able to compare pertinent
directories for both Identities and they look the same
except in MSOE.DLL and msoe.txt are in different order.
At the same occasion MS Works 6 started to malfunction
also, but this should be separate topic maybe.
Thanks for any help someone may have.

Hi DM,
please search the msoe50.inf (C:\windows\inf) right click an choose
"install".
