I'm on IE 7, and ever since a virus in Apr, My OE is very slow to open
sometimes, and at other times it only opens half way, with no text showing.
I have to close this and open again and then it usually works. I am running
TM Int. Security; I am on auto Win.XP updates, but TM seems to block
drwtsn32.exe after which I have had end programs for MSIMN.exe and
directDBnotifyWndproc. I don't know where the problem lies, and would like
some help please.
This can also be posted. Thanks, Jean

Best to ask the boys in an OE newsgroup.

I do not "do" newsgroups. I'm looking for what should be a simple answer to
a simple question. I realize that "customer service" is nearly a dead horse,
but this one I'm going to insist on beating.

By replying to this thread, you're "doing" newsgroups.

There are numerous, application-specific newsgroups. The OE-specific,
English-language newsgroup is microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general.

These newsgroups are NOT official MS Support. No one here works for or
represents MS (including MVPs).

First you ARE using a newsgroup, this this one.
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windowsxp.general
to be precise. And the simple answer is likely to be found where the
simple question should be asked, at the correct newsgroup as previously
suggested. This is a peer-to-peer newsgroup not Microsoft Tech Support,
and is only hosted on a microsoft news server AS a customer service.
But like any customer service, if one uses it incorrectly, it won't do
you much good. It would seem that the "dead horse" is not only not dead,
it isn't even a horse. So I would suggest you put down the the brickbat,
and ask your question at the indicated link.
