I am getting 2 of the same e-mails in my inbox. How can I fix this?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

You can also find some good Outlook Express information here:

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without

there is no outlook express 2003
there is an outlook 2003, and such behaviour is often caused by any anti
virus integration

Very often the only way is to uninstall the AV app, then reinstall it
without the Outlook intergration.
If you have real time scanning any virus contained in an email will be
caught any way.
