Outlook event time

When I select the daylight savings check box on the windows clock, my
calendar events show a clock at both ends of the bar and the dates move from
where I had them set. When I uncheck the box everything goes back to normal,
however my computers clock is an hour slow if I leave it this way.

You need to check your time zone and daylight saving time settings in both
Windows and Outlook and make sure everything matches up. Usually one setting
is off when this occurs.

If your appointments are an hour off when the time settings match, you'll
need to switch back to your old setting temporarily, export the appointments
to a file, make the time change again, and then re-import the appointments.

Jocelyn I need your help. I programed my computer as a -5 Time Zone. but im
actually in a -4. I bought a new SmartPhone that auto receive the TimeZone
and hour. So.. when i sync it with my computer it import my appointments one
hour later.

i tried to change the time zone but the same happens to my computer. I
change it to -4 Caracas, La Paz. and now all my appointments are one hour
more.. (what suposed to be at 8am , now is at 9am)
