Outlook error messages appears on launch, then cycles

[Spiers in Aurora Ontario]

I start Outlook as always and upon launch, I get a window with

Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience.
leaves with two options
send error report don't send.

what ever I click on in this window closes outlook and relaunches with the
same error displayed. An undending cycle.

This does not happen on my wifes Microsoft Outlook account which is on the
same computer.
