Outlook error message confusion

H

harry p.

I am receiving the message "Unable to install or load the
following: "...\fxsext32.dll" when I am typing a new
mail message with an attachment. Once it pops up, Outlook
shuts down the current document.

Anyone know what this is? How to work around it?

I think this has to do with a Fax add-in. Try going to Tools -> Options ->
Other -> Advanced Options -> Add-in Manager and disable any fax addins you
may have.
