Outlook email

I cannot delete an email I tried to send with attachments which were too
large. Now, it just continues to send send send and I cannot sent other
emails. How can I delete this bothersome email?

As posted here on almost a DAILY basis......

Click File and check Work Offline. Close and then restart Outlook. Delete
the message. Click File and uncheck Work Offline.
