Outlook Distribution List

I have a distribution list of several hundred people but
would like to make the message personal. What can I do so
that each name on the Distribution List receives the e-
mail with only their name on it and not all the people on
the distribution list?

You could possibly use the BCC field instead of the To
field when sending the message.

Send the exact same message to each person alone. It will probably
take you a while though.

Why are you asking this question in a hardware group? You'd get
better advice posting in an Outlook group, don't you think?

I know NobodyMan is right that this should be in an E-mail // Outloo
forum but thought this may be of help anyway.
The simplest way to send a message out to a Dist List without everyon
seeing the recipient's names on the list is to put the list in the BC
field.
Although it won't appear to be as personal for each user as there'
nothing in the TO ot CC fields it's seems to be a common way of doin
this for most people (or just create a bogus Internet address calle
'My Friend' or something like that so it appears in the TO field & mas
the actual SMTP address (which could be (e-mail address removed)
etc)unless the recipient(s) of the message want to snoop & check th
message header or hex edit it, it will just appear to be a persona
one.
You may have figured this out already but there it is anyway,
