Outlook custom forms

Here's my issue. One of our departments designs and uses
several custom Outlook forms in their day-to-day
business. In the past, some recipients have had a problem
viewing the form when the message is opened. Rather then
seeing the form's output, all that is displayed is a blank
message. In the past we've been able to resolve this
issue by uninstalling and reinstalling Office 2000 Disc
1. The issue has resurfaced affecting new systems that
come preimaged from Dell, and can be fixed simply by
reinstalling Office 2000 Disc 1. Because this issue could
potentially be on a very wide scale, I'd like to use a new
tool we've recently implemented to "push" out the fix (in
script form or the like) remotely so I wouldn't have to
visit each client individually. I'm interested in finding
out what is changed when Office 2000 is reinstalled and
hopefully come up with a script to push out to the problem
PCs without having to visit each one. Is there anything
that comes to mind that could be the cause?

Here is some extra info that may help:

PCs: Compaq Deskpro EN733, Dell Optiplex GX280, and Dell
Latitude D600
OS: Windows 2000 pro SP4
Office: Microsoft Office 2000 Pro SP3 (Disc 1 and 2)
Exchange 2000 messaging server
Windows 2000 Advanced Server network servers.

Thanks for your time. Any help you can offer would be
greatly appreciated!
