Outlook crashes when typing email address

Dear all,

I am running Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP Pro SP2. Just today, I had an
interesting problem while trying to send an email. Whenever I key in an
email address starting with the letter 's' in the recipients list, Outlook
will crash. Something is wrong with the auto-completion because Outlook does
not crash when I turn that feature off.

What or who should I turn to solve this seemingly simple annoyance.

Hi CT Ewe,
sound like your nk2 file is corrupt.
please search your nk2 file (autofill entries) and delete it.
MAybe this could solve your problem.

Thanks for your quick reply. It works!!! Only thing is my auto-complete has
to rebuild itself again, but at least the problems solved. Thanks once again.
