Outlook crash when downloading emails. please help ASAP

when downloadinhg my email in Outlook, I get this error at email 118 everytime.

there is a virus alert (BBT trojan email) then I get the error.
I tried to repair the office install but still get this problem.
Please help

Does your ISP have webmail? If so, check your mail that way to see if you can
delete that particular message.
