Outlook corrupt??

B

Brandon

I can open outlook (2002), but EVERYtime I click Tasks, I
get the ole Encountered Problems error report (send
report / don't send report) Restart Outlook?

The Details shows the
AppName: outlook.exe
ModName: outllib.dll
AppVer: 10.0.3416.0
ModVer: 10.0.3513.0

The only thing I did recently was put W2K SP4 on the PC.
However, the other 20 PC's running SP4 can get into Tasks
and everything works fine. Detect and Repair didn't fix
it. I copied working files (outlook.exe and outllib.dll)
over the existing ones on the PC. No luck. Any
suggestions? Reinstall?

Hi,

Re-apply the last Service Pack for OFFICE 2002.

go
http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/default.aspx?Product=Office&Version=95
|97|98|2000|2002&Type=Update|Converter|Add-In|Assistant|Stationery|Document|
Viewer|Template|Anti-Virus|Updates

and choose as your needs.
