Outlook Contacts in Fax Address book

A

Andy Vines

Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Pro SP2, using Fax Service.

I have three contact lists in Outlook Contacts, all marked as 'Use as email
address book' but when opening the address book from the send fax wizard
only some of the names appear, even though they have fax numbers against
them in Outlook?

For information, the additional two were added by importing from a dBase
file.

Thanks

Andy

Are the number s that don't appear in the same format in the Contact records
as the ones that do? If they're not recognized as phone numbers by Outlook,
they won't appear.

Thanks Brian,

It appears that as I imported these contacts from a dbf file, some of them
had got an extra space in front of them.
