I'm operating a Dell notebook using Vista 32-bit Home Premium. Protection is Norton 360. Have had no problems with anything now many mos. but today stopped getting mail under referenced error code when synching with MS Outlook (office 2007). Says my acess to my Hotmail is "Forbidden" yet I have no trouble getting my mail via Hotmail direct and all passwords and ids have not changed.
What explanation and repair might be available/recommended?
