for about 2 weeks, i cannot start outlook. i click on the shortcut and the program launches and then 1-2 seconds later closes. anyone have this issue?
at first, i thought it was a corrupt shortcut and i went to the program folder and ran outlook.exe and that worked fora few days. now i cannot do that.
i've tried deleting my profile in control panel, i've tried to run the master cd and clicking the repair option, i tried to start in safe mode.
all other programs in office are working normally. i use word and excel nearly everyday. they have not been affected. i haven't resorted to uninstalling, yet, but that is my next step.
firewall is secure, av definitions are uptodate. i don't think my system is compromised.
anyone have any ideas?
