Hello All,
We are experiancing an issue where random Outlook 2003 Clients are going
"Offline". If you click the little "Offline" button at the bottom of the
window the tick box "Work Offline" is selected. The fact this is happening to
different people makes me strongly believe the user is not doing this
themselves (which was my initial thought).
If we were experiancing network problems I would expect the Outlook client
to go to "Disconnected" and then attempt a re-connect when the network came
back up again.
Obviously by clicking "Offline" then de-selecting "Work Offline" it goes
back online fine.
Does any one have any ideas on this subject and in what instance the client
would turn itself offline?
Thanks
Mark
