Outlook "Cc"s & "Bcc"s

Hello there - thanks for being there!

BACKDROP
My MS Outlook came with the Office 2000 Small Business
double CD.
Aside from day-to-day emails, I use it for Newletters,
which brings into play the need for Cc & a heavy
dependancy on Bcc... ALL addresses are sourced from the
Contacts section of Outlook.

PROBLEM
[1] "Cc"s - Any more than, say, 10-15 (I can never
determine the exact number that provokes the problem)
names in the Cc window and (having clicked Send) Outlook
will transmit to only a few of them... say, 5, ... and
those 5 appear to have been randomly selected by Outlook
from that string of 10 to 15 addresses.
[2] "Bcc"s - Same as above, until this week ... when
things got worse ... with Outlook refusing to send to ANY
addressee.

Any ideas what may be causing this problem?

Many thanks

VJ

PS: (a) I have checked that all MS Office Updates
continue to be up-to-date; and (b) have done the Detect &
Repair a number of times.

I missed seeing the 'anonymous'sender's E-mail when
submitting this question - and just wanted to amend the
original message to include my email address -
(e-mail address removed) - thanks!

Very bad idea! Dont publish your email address in newsfeeds... you'll get
spammed to death!

Thanks - appreciate the good advice. The news emails that
I send are to a select number of known clientiele.
That point aside - why is Outlook not performing as
intended? I should be able to send at least 1 Bcc to a
single address, huh?
Cheers
