Outlook Calendaring Free Busy Error

Using any version of outlook. I have some users when
Scheduling a meeting "No Free Busy Information could be
retrived" is displayed for some users while others the
Free/Busy time is displayed. They are using an Exchange
2003 server. Calendaring is setup with the Outlook
Defaults for the users. Is there something that needs to
be changed in the Calendar Security Options?

Check to see whether the users with the missing information have switched
their default Calendar to one in a .pst file, rather than in their mailbox.
