Outlook Calendar

Hi!

I have this employee who was given Author rights to her manager's calendar.
Whenever she schedules an appointment on her manager's calendar behalf and
send it, she always get an NDR to an e-mail address that once existed. I saw
that she did not enter the e-mail address. But she gets the System Admin.
message that the e-mail address does not exists.

What's causing this? Please help. I tried recreating the account in Active
Directory , a temp account, but still she gets the same message.

I appreciate any help. Thanks.

Are there delegates (or former delegates) involved with the people to whom she is sending the appointment item?

Hi Milly,

I checked the recipients delegates and and they did not contain the e-mail
address in question. I can't tell if they they had it as former delegate,
but if they did, what will I do? Thanks.
