Outlook Calendar Reporting via MS Access

Hi all,

I have an user wants to do MS Access Reporting for her
Outlook Calendar.

I know there are several ways to do this:

1. In Outlook, Export Calendar to MS Access File.
2. In Access, Import Calendar to MS Access File.
3. In Access, Create Link Table and links to Outlook
Calendar.

I did Method 1: In Outlook, Export Calendar to MS Access
File. The Access table fields I got is exactly what I
want. I got StartDate, StartTime, EndTime fields and etc.

However, If I do Method 2 and Method 3, it does not give
me the fields I want. Instead, it gaves me CreatedDate,
ModifiedDate, Sender, CC... and etc. And Both Method 2
and Method 3 did not give me a choice to Map Field.

What the user really needs is a linked table to Outlook
Calendar in MS Access. So when the Calendar is updated,
the table in Access gets updated also.

I am wondering, how do I use Method 3: Linked table to
Outlook Calendar, to get the exact fields I got from
Method 1 ?

Or, if there's any 3rd Party Utility that I can use.
It'll be great, too~

I'm not sure how to open an instance of Outlook using OLE.
Is there any article I and read on?
