Outlook calendar appointments changing themselves!!

Guest

I am having a problem with appointments on Outlook 2003 calendar. For
example, I set up a birthday on 3/22 as an all day event. The next time I
open Outlook, the birthday is a 2 day event from 11am on the 22nd to 11am on
the 23rd. I don't know why it's doing that. It never used to do it until a
couple weeks ago, but it's really bothering me!! Can anyone help? Thanks,
Todd

This is likely a rseult of the time change, and/or one of the
utilities used for the time change.

See, rather than associating an all day event with the date, Outlook
sets it as an event, lasting from 12:00am to 11:59pm.

So - when the time changes screw up your appointments in unexpected
ways (like in this case, an early DST changeover).

The first thing to try is Microsofts Time Zone Changer utility, found
at:

The article also addresses how to apply it.
